Ken Peach, MBA

Ken Peach is executive director of the Health Council of East Central Florida, a health planning and services organization covering Brevard, Osceola, Orange, and Seminole counties. He serves on numerous local health planning boards.

Ken’s career has included hospital, hospital association, and nursing home management. Additionally, he has owned... and operated commercial radio stations and a health insurance agency.

Ken has his undergraduate degree in Communication from Seton Hall University, and an MBA with a concentration in Health Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Beverly Paulk, MBA, BSN, RN

Beverly Paulk is a veteran in helping and working with many charities and was a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). Beverly is also a founding member 22 years ago and still active with CFF’s Venture Philanthropists Giving Circle (VPs) as well as being a founding member of Central Florida Foundation.

Beverly sits on the Harbor House board and co-chair of the capital campaign... for the desperately-needed $8,000,000 shelter and building project.

Beverly has been helping to protecting women’s rights by being an initial member of CFF’s Women’s Advisory Council that initiated the 100 Women Strong Giving Circle and -Co-Founder and Executive Director of a 1974 early Sexual Assault Center in Norfolk, Virginia which led to creating and delivering training for area police departments, FBI, hospitals, social services, schools and community. After 20 years the organization became the core of the YWCA’s counselling program.

Ashish Kapadia

Ashish Kapadia is the Vice President of Development for the VBRO Group.

Ashish’s has a passion for serving the needs of the seniors in our community and extensive career in HealthCare Administration with a focus on elder care programs. Developing and running programs for the exceptional ...population has enabled him to see first had the challenges that many vulnerable residents of Central Florida face.

Ashish is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and has lived and worked in the Orlando area most of his life. His family instilled the principle to always do your best today, and promise you will try to do even better tomorrow.

Sherry Shaikh

Communication Director

Sherry Shaikh has been an active member of the S&Z Charitable Organization since 2019. Her role in this organization is that of a Program Coordinator. In this role, Sherry has been actively involved in all the events and activities the foundation has been doing like giving Scholarships, Food Drive, Medical help, helping the needy kids etc.... Sherry holds a master’s degree in Business and Finance from the Pune University India. Sherry is passionate and dedicated in the professional development in helping others in need and has been a member of the Foundation to help and deliver positive impact on others.
